What you'll actually be doing:
- Removing and refitting panels with precision and care
- Spotting defects and reporting them to the team
- Ensuring perfect fit, finish, and quality every time
- Working safely and following all repair standards
- Maintaining tools and reporting any issues
- Signing off repairs to confirm quality
- Keeping vehicles safe and secure throughout the repair process
What you need to bring to the party:
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater
- Relevant motor manufacturer qualifications and training
- Current welding certificate (AOM009 or equivalent)
- Skills in MIG brazing, spot welding, riveting, bonding, and working with high-strength steels
- Light MET and bonding certifications
- Full UK driving licence
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills
