- Analyze budget to boost and maintain restaurant profits.
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Evaluate daily operations.
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the budget.
- Monitor staff performance.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
