Job Description:
Responds to emergent and non-emergent calls for service within the community and provides assessment, treatment and transportation in adherence to Saskatchewan Ambulance Act and Regulations and organisation policies, procedures and protocols. This position provides services through EMS and the Collaborative Emergency Centre (CEC).
Education:
- Advanced Care Paramedic Diploma (ACP)
Licenses:
- Valid Class 4 driver's license
Competencies:
- Advanced - Communication skills
- Advanced - Interpersonal skills
Knowledge & Abilities:
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Other Information:
- Travel may be required to provide service to sites within the network
- May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives
- Registered/eligible with Saskatchewan College of Paramedics at ACP/EMT-P
