Autism Pathways is a specialist provider of high‑quality accommodation and support for adults with autism and complex needs. We are proud to be launching a brand‑new, purpose‑built residential service in Hawarden. The Service
A purpose‑built residential service designed to meet the complex needs of adults with autism and associated conditions. The service includes:
- All accommodation consists of large, modern, self‑contained individual apartments which include lounge/dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
- High‑quality, person centred care and support, developing bespoke pathways for all.
- Non‑restrictive assistive technology supporting safe care and promoting independence.
- SMART homes which are robust, safe, energy‑efficient, technologically advanced and adaptable to meet each person’s needs.
The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Night Support Care Worker, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of individuals during overnight hours. You’ll provide calm, consistent support while maintaining a peaceful and secure environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring individuals throughout the night to ensure their safety and wellbeing
- Supporting with bedtime routines and overnight care needs
- Responding to any incidents or emergencies with professionalism and sensitivity
- Promoting a calm and reassuring atmosphere
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care plans
- Ensuring the environment remains clean, safe, and secure
- Collaborating with day staff to ensure continuity of care
You’ll be working in a highly structured setting with tailored support plans and purpose‑built apartments designed for both safety and independence.

- Committed to learning – open to training and development, including working towards a Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care
Experience in autism, learning disabilities, or complex behavioural needs is desirable but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, values, and willingness to make a difference.
