We provide modern, spacious self-contained residential and supported living accommodations, with additional features to keep people safe and empower them to have greater choice and control in their lives, thus supporting them in achieving greater independence.
The Service
Based in the heart of Birkenhead, this state‑of‑the‑art specialist setting will comprise of 3 purpose‑adapted bungalows providing completely private tailored accommodation for each resident. Catering specifically for individuals with highly unique complex needs and behaviours, we are passionate about providing a service for those who may previously have struggled to find the right support environment to give them the best chance of success.
- Completely separate living accommodation for each resident, comprising of their own bedroom, living space, kitchen, bathroom and gardens
- Specialist additional features to promote safety throughout the setting, including reinforced furniture and appliances, high‑tech medical monitoring equipment where required, completely separate staff area within each bungalow (with own access) to promote maximum privacy and independence
The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Night Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of individuals during overnight hours. You’ll provide calm, consistent support while maintaining a peaceful and secure environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring individuals throughout the night to ensure their safety and wellbeing
- Supporting with bedtime routines and overnight care needs
- Responding to any incidents or emergencies with professionalism and sensitivity
- Promoting a calm and reassuring atmosphere
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care plans
- Ensuring the environment remains clean, safe, and secure
- Collaborating with day staff to ensure continuity of care
You’ll be working in a highly structured setting with tailored support plans and purpose‑built apartments designed for both safety and independence.
