We are seeking a Middle Leader- Person-Centred Practice Lead to influence provision across the school while maintaining a half-time teaching role.
The successful candidate will drive Positive Behaviour Support and person-centred approaches, promoting pupil voice, preferences and aspirations in planning and daily practice.
