We are looking for full-time and part-time teaching assistants to join our team, based in Braithwell, Doncaster but is easily commutable from Rotherham, Sheffield, Worksop and Barnsley. As a qualified Teaching Assistant, your role will be to support our teachers in providing and developing a high-quality education to address the individual needs of pupils.

Good autism practice is essential to this role, along with a person-centred approach to learning. As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the ability to be flexible and dynamic in your approaches. It is vital that you can maintain an environment where our pupils feel happy, safe and valued.

You will possess the relevant qualifications for this position, and a qualifications matrix can be found on the person specification. We would particularly welcome applications from candidates who hold qualifications in childcare, education, teaching and learning or children and young people. As part of this role, you will need to be comfortable providing intimate care.
