Are you looking for a new role in a unique environment? We are seeking a committed Maths Teacher, who seeks to work as part of a supportive staff team. You will have a passion for improving the lives of autistic pupils and their families and a commitment to planning and delivering an enriching and meaningful curriculum in their subject area.

Previous experience of ASC, SLD, PMLD, SEMH or teaching in an additional needs' environment is desirable. However, full training and support will be given.

About our school: Sutherland House School is a non-maintained specialist school for autistic children and young people aged 3-19. The school prides itself on creating personalised learning opportunities with a vision for reaching potential for each individual pupil. We offer small class groups, favourable staffing levels and excellent opportunities for training and professional development. The school has an Ofsted rating of Good.

Safeguarding: The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, and this is paramount in the work that we do. Any successful applicant will be subject to pre-employment checks, including an enhanced DBS check. Interviews will take place on Friday 13th February.
