About Us: Servisource (part of the CPL Group), a leading provider of high-quality and innovative specialist solutions for 25 years, is excited to offer opportunities within our Autism Assessment Centre. We are committed to delivering high-quality autism assessments to children aged between 3–17. As we expand our services to the UK, we are seeking an experienced and passionate autism assessor to join us at the very start of this journey, guiding us as we adapt our trusted Irish model to the UK clinical and regulatory landscape.
The Opportunity: This is a rare and rewarding chance for a clinician currently practicing in the UK to shape a service from the ground up. Our first UK clinic will launch in Leeds, with plans for expansion across the country. As our Specialist Autism Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in designing, advising, and overseeing the safe, compliant, and sustainable setup of our UK autism assessment services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on the gold standard to conduct assessments
- Advising on UK-specific clinical, legislative, and regulatory requirements
- Guiding team structure, training needs, and supervision standards
- Identify the best clinical profiles and roles to complete assessments
- Reviewing our current protocols and adapting them to UK best practice
- Provide guidance on report writing requirements
Who We’re Looking For: You are an experienced clinician with deep knowledge of autism assessment and the UK systems that support children and families. You are confident in your clinical expertise and passionate about helping a new service meet the highest possible standards.
- An excellent understanding of autism and how this presents in children and young people.
- Relevant experience in working with autistic children and young people, including administering autism diagnostic assessments for private and NHS clients.
- Knowledge of NICE clinical guidelines and Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines.
- Clinical qualification and registration in one of the following: Psychology (Clinical, Educational or Counselling), Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy.
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate qualification experience.
- Autism Diagnostic Interview – Revised (ADIR) or Diagnostic Interview for Social and Communication Disorders (DISCO) Training.
