Autism West Midlands is seeking a Registered Manager for The Paddocks, a newly developed supported living service in Marston Green, Solihull. You will lead a 24/7 team, ensuring safety, quality and person-centred support for autistic tenants.
You will work with families, commissioners and professionals to shape personalised plans, manage budgets, and maintain CQC readiness. A Level 4 qualification (Level 5 desirable) is required, with strong autism practice and leadership commitment.
