Join our Supportive and Lively Community at Greenways! Greenways is our residential home, just two minutes away from the centre of Highcliffe. Our team is growing in which we are looking for a weekend Support Worker to join us on a part time basis working 22 hours per week. Please note: Autism Unlimited does not provide visa sponsorship. To be considered for this role you must hold a Full UK driving licence, however access to your own vehicle is not essential. The role: At Greenways, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to support four friendly and energetic gentlemen. Many of our residents have shared their lives together from school through to adulthood — a truly special journey that you’ll be proud to be part of. Our home is a vibrant and engaging environment, full of energy and activity. Our residents love a wide range of activities, including bowling, swimming, forest picnics, cycling, and even horse riding! One of the most exciting recent highlights was a fun night out at a nightclub in Southampton! As a valued member of our team, your role will involve a mix of meaningful support — from helping with daily routines like food preparation, shopping, and personal care, to accompanying residents as they access the community and pursue their interests. You may also assist with administering medication to ensure their wellbeing. Hours of work 22 hours per week Week 1: Saturday – 8am – 4pm Sunday – 3pm – 10pm Week 2: Friday – 8am – 3pm Saturday – 8am – 10pm Sunday – 8am – 3pm At the heart of everything we do is promoting the independence of the person we support, and ensuring we have a relaxed, empathetic and encouraging team working with us helps us achieve this aim.
