After the success of our ‘Futures’ provision on the South Coast in 2021, we are expanding our impact by launching a new ‘Young Futures’ 16–18 programme in Bristol. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Futures Manager to lead this innovative initiative. ‘Young Futures’ provides tailored support for young people with autism and additional learning needs, helping them navigate a crucial stage in their lives. Based in Brislington, our new provision will focus on five key areas: Employment pathways Achieving GCSEs in Maths and English Independent living skills Community inclusion Health and wellbeing As the Futures Manager , you will be at the heart of a dynamic, learner-led environment, helping young people unlock their potential, gain confidence, and thrive.
