Be part of something extraordinary – Lead the launch of ‘Young Futures’ in Bristol! After the success of our ‘Futures’ provision on the South Coast in 2021, we are expanding our impact by launching a new ‘Young Futures’ 16–18 programme in Bristol. We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Futures Manager to lead this innovative initiative. ‘Young Futures’ provides tailored support for young people with autism and additional learning needs, helping them navigate a crucial stage in their lives. Based in Brislington, our new provision will focus on five key areas: Employment pathways Achieving GCSEs in Maths and English Independent living skills Community inclusion Health and wellbeing As the Futures Manager , you will be at the heart of a dynamic, learner-led environment, helping young people unlock their potential, gain confidence, and thrive. A day in the life of a Futures Manager includes: Leading and inspiring a new programme Driving success across Preparation for Adulthood outcomes Ensuring high-quality, compliant, and innovative service delivery Building connections with learners, families, local authorities, and healthcare partners Championing a safe, inclusive, and forward-thinking learning space Supporting overnight independent living experiences Collaborating with our multidisciplinary therapy team Managing the department budget effectively Our ideal candidate will have: Proven leadership experience in a SEND setting (preferably post-16) Confidence in navigating contracts, referrals, and strategic partnerships A strong understanding of Ofsted and ESFA frameworks and compliance Closing date : 19th June 2025 Benefits include: Employee Referral Scheme – earn £400 per successful referral 12-week induction programme with training, shadowing, coaching, and mentoring Opportunity to complete an accredited qualification after probation Cycle to work scheme Access to discounts and cashback healthcare plans 24-hour Employee Assistance Programme and Mental Health First Aiders support Apply now: If this role interests you, please complete the application process by clicking ‘apply’.
