A day in the life of a Digital Communications & Content Officer would include:
- Proactive social media planning and content creation for all external platforms
- Creating engaging and thought provoking written, visual and digital content across socials, newsletter, website, campaigns and promotional material
- Monitoring and reviewing data across all online platforms through analytical tools
- Producing compelling promotional goods such as posters, graphics, digital assets and campaign materials
- Supporting with all communications and content for organisation campaigns
- Developing communications plans and writing for the charity
Our ideal applicant will have:
- Degree level qualification in marketing, digital communications, media - desirable
- 2+ years background within a marketing/communications role
- Skills using various programmes including Office 365, Canva, Premiere Pro, MailChimp, Adobe, Eventbrite and social media platforms
- A proven background working with social media accounts
- Excellent communication skills to work with a variety of people with different abilities
