Overview

You\\\’ll be working with a warm, friendly team based within one of our locations to deliver individualised care plans to the people we support. You will be supporting individuals during your Waking Night Shifts, this includes supporting individuals with personal care and to monitor their progress.

Autism Together is one of the country\\\’s leading providers of services and support to autistic people and their families. It is an exciting time to be joining the charity within one of our Residential properties across Wirral and West Cheshire as we are looking to organically grow the team.
