Overview Team Leader – NestonLocation: NestonStatus: PermanentHours: 37 hours and 30 minutesRate of pay: £14.30 per hourWe are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to support one of our Neston Services. This service provides intensive support to individuals within a residential setting providing care on a one-to-one basis to enhance general life skills.What you will be doing To ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to the people.To lead a team of support workers to establish and maintain a high standard of care practice within the Residential Services.Ensure an effective, responsive, caring and safe service for the individuals we support.Actively promote an autism-specific culture through effective work practices and identify any additional support needs.To ensure accurate records and reporting systems.Commitment and expectations The postholder will assist the Operational Service Manager to provide sound leadership and day to day running of the staff team to deliver a person-centered service and deliver innovative strategies to meet the needs of our People. The role involves first line leadership to our care heroes to achieve lifelong careers with the Charity.
