This service provides intensive support to 8 individuals within a residential setting providing care on a one-to-one basis to enhance general life skills.The postholder will assist the Operational Service Manager to provide sound leadership and day to day running of the staff team to deliver a person centric service and deliver innovative strategies to meet the needs of our People.
