Autism Together is one of the country’s leading providers of services and support to autistic people and their families. It is an exciting time to be joining the charity within one of our Residential properties across Wirral and West Cheshire as we are looking to organically grow the team.
What You Will Be Doing…
You’ll be working with a warm, friendly team based within one of our Residential locations to deliver individualised care plans to the people we support. You will be supporting individuals within their home environment and when accessing the local community, along with daily activities, appointments and personal care needs.

Hours of work…
Within our Residential Services, our core hours are 35 hrs per week, with a shift pattern comprising of 7.30 am – 4.15 pm and 4 pm – 10.30 pm.
