Hours: 37.5

Rate of pay: £31,491 per annum

Notes: job subject to 6-month internal probationary period.

Main Purpose Of The Role

To be the Property Maintenance Officer within the Estates & Facilities Directorate that provides the built environment and facilities therein that Autism Together operates services in.

To support with the oversight of maintenance management systems, procedures and audit repair works within Autism Together improving communication, visibility of information, providing forward planned schedules and performance indicators.

To support with the development and oversee planned works, prepare small works specifications and schedules, to organise pricing, tendering and to liaise with any external contractors as required.

Provide assistance in overseeing the Statutory Compliance programmes and other E&F works functions as required.
