Autism Together in Wirral is offering a 6-month fixed-term role to provide person-centred care to people we support in their homes and the local community.

You will deliver individualised care plans and support daily activities, appointments and personal care needs.

You will join a warm, friendly team at one of our locations to support people with autism and their families. A manual-driving licence is required for this role.
