Hours per week: 37 hours 30 minutes

Autism Together is seeking a highly organised and proactive People Assistant to support our busy People Services team. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys variety and wants to build their HR career.

The role:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and process starters, leavers and contractual changes.
  • Prepare HR letters and support payroll with accurate data.
  • Assist with onboarding, recruitment admin and pre-employment checks.
  • Manage the People Services helpdesk and respond to employee queries.
  • Support general admin tasks.
  • Provide occasional reception cover.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with GDPR.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritise and work with accuracy.
  • Professional, approachable and confidential approach.
  • (Desirable) HR experience or CIPD Level 3/willingness to work towards it.
