Autism Plus in Yorkshire is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Partner to lead day-to-day PBS delivery in the Thorne service.
You will create, develop and implement PBS Plans through regular assessment and observation.
Work with staff teams to maintain a person-centred approach, coach colleagues, and ensure accurate documentation and recording.
This full‑time role is 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, with training and development opportunities to support adults and young people with autism.
