Autism Plus in Hull is seeking a Complex Care Support Worker (male only) for full-time night shifts.

You will support adults with autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions to pursue goals and participate in their local community.

Responsibilities include creating care plans, delivering positive behaviour support, and providing practical and emotional support to improve quality of life.
