Autism Plus in Doncaster is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Partner to lead PBS delivery in our Thorne service. You will create, develop and implement PBS Plans through regular assessments and observations of the people we support, working within a dedicated PBS team.
The role involves collaboration with staff across the patch to uphold a person-centred approach, share best practice and upskill in PBS principles, supporting teams and coordinating with health and social care professionals
