Autism Plus in Hull is seeking a dedicated Employment Support worker to help autistic individuals move toward sustainable paid employment. You will work within the Employment Service as part of a team, supporting 1:1 sessions across Hull and possibly longer journeys, with a focus on person-centred planning and overcoming barriers.
You will identify employers, create opportunities, and engage to achieve job outcomes and ongoing employment.
