Location: Leeds, LS19 7YA

Salary: £12.50 - £18 per hour (based on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 6:30 pm, with rare late finishes)

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Autism Partnership, an Ofsted-registered organisation, is looking for a dedicated Graduate ABA Therapist to join our experienced team. We were established in 1994 in Los Angeles, California and we are one of the world's most reputable Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) service providers. We have been operating in the UK since 2000, with our UK centres located in both Leeds and London. We employ over 200 psychologists, consultants and practitioners worldwide!

As our Graduate Autism Behavioural Therapist you will be responsible for:

  • Working 1:1 with autistic children, implementing individualised intervention plans.
  • Recording curriculum and behavioural data daily.
  • Collaborating with parents, carers, and clinical supervisors.
  • Attending regular training, supervision, and consultation sessions.

In order to be successful in this role it is essential that you have:

  • A degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Social Sciences, or related fields, OR Level 3 NVQ in Early Years Childhood Education, OR Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

It would be great if you had:

  • ABA experience.
  • Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding Training, or Team Teach certification.
