Work Hours & Location

The Supported Living service operates nights. Our night shifts usually start at 22:00 and finish at 08:00. The service is close to the town centre with easy access to local transport links.

Responsibilities

  • You will support autistic adults to live as independently as possible.
  • You will promote health and well-being, help maintain their home, and carry out some cleaning duties.
  • You may provide personal care and support during the night.
  • You will build trusting rapport, learn about each individual's needs, provide positive reassurance, and offer flexible support.

Qualifications

Experience is not required; we provide full training. A genuine passion for making a difference, a positive attitude, and reliability are key. This position is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure— the cost will be met by the company.
