Responsibilities and Role

As a Support Worker, you will work with a dynamic team to help people with autism live an active lifestyle. Activities may include swimming, walking groups and trips to the cinema. You will promote health and well‑being and support individuals to maintain their homes. The support you deliver will be flexible and tailored to each person’s strengths and goals.

Qualifications and Experience

We look for enthusiasm, empathy, and a willingness to learn. Prior experience or a background in supporting autistic people is desirable but not essential; we provide comprehensive training and a supportive team.
