Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Promote health and well‑being and support individuals to maintain their homes.
- Facilitate community activities, such as swimming, walking groups, or trips to the cinema.
- Provide tailored support that is flexible and unique to each individual, building on their strengths and driven by their goals.
