Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about joining a dynamic team that encourages people with autism to lead an active lifestyle. Community activities may include swimming, walking groups or trips to the cinema. You will promote health and well-being and support individuals to maintain their homes. The support delivered is flexible and unique to each person, building on their strengths and driven by their goals.
