This role is for a night shift at our Supported Living service in the Fleetwood area, close to the town centre with easy access to local transport links. Night shifts usually start at 22.00 and finish at 08.00, but other options can be discussed.
Autism Initiatives work positively alongside people with autism, providing specialist services that are tailored to each individual.
Responsibilities- Support people with autism to live as independently as possible
- Promote health and well-being and support them to maintain their home
- Perform some cleaning duties as required
- Provide night-time support which may include personal care
- Build trusting rapport to offer positive reassurance and flexible support
- Be committed to learning about each individual’s needs
- Experience is not required as full training is provided
- A genuine passion to make a difference and a positive attitude are key
- Flexible approach to shift options; night availability preferred
