Position: Senior Support Worker

Location: Liverpool

Hours & Salary: 39 hours per week, £28,188 per annum pro rata

Responsibilities: As a Senior Support Worker, you will be committed to supporting people in a positive, creative way that enables them to live a fulfilled life. You will support the Service Manager in leading a team who work hard to encourage the people we support to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community. You will demonstrate best practice and be a role model for the team. You will receive ongoing support for professional development, including the opportunity to obtain your Diploma Level 3 in Adult Care (RQF). You will be supported by the manager of the service. You may deputise for the Service Manager where required. Working rota is provided 4 weeks in advance. Shift patterns include some evening and weekend work. Where sleep-in shifts are required, this will be discussed further at interview.

Qualifications & Requirements: Enhanced DBS disclosure is required; cost met by Autism Initiatives.
