Responsibilities
- Provide support to autistic adults to live as independently as possible.
- Promote health and well-being.
- Assist with maintaining their home, including cleaning duties.
- Offer personal care support when required.
- Be present throughout the night (typically 22:00-08:00) and provide flexible, reassuring support.
- Commit to learning about individual needs and offering positive reassurance.
