Who we are looking for: As a Support Worker, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys joining a dynamic team that encourages people with autism to enjoy an active lifestyle. Community activities could include swimming, walking groups and trips to the cinema. You will promote health and well‑being and support individuals to maintain their homes. The support we deliver is flexible and unique to each individual, building on their strengths and driven by their goals.
