We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and self‑motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail, strong planning skills and a commitment to join our team. As an Audit and Compliance Admin Assistant you will support the People Operations Coordinator with digitising all HR and employment files for all employees. You will conduct thorough reviews to ensure accuracy and audit compliance against applicable regulatory standards, supporting our goal of becoming paperless.
We are looking for someone with outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills, who thrives in a team environment, but also has the ability to work on their own initiative and with a creative approach. You will have recent experience in an administration or compliance role and possess a can‑do approach and a positive attitude. You will be a confident communicator, and also demonstrate excellent written skills and working knowledge of all Microsoft applications, with the knowledge and ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems related to digital file management.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Maintain compliance records and documentation
- Monitor and track action plans following audits, with support from the People Operations Coordinator
- Liaise with staff to gather required information for audit files, escalating anything to the People Operations Co‑ordinator.
- General administrative duties (filing, data entry, scheduling)
- Remove employee leaver files from 2026 onwards from filing and utilising scanning equipment and software, convert files into digital format, paying meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
