About This Role
We are seeking a Registered Service Manager to join our team. You will work alongside people who use our services, supporting in a range of activities, including developing independence in daily living, accessing work/education and leisure activities. At Autism Initiatives we work alongside people with autism, providing specialist services tailored to each individual.

Requirements:
- Meet the required years supporting at Senior Support level or above, as defined within the RQIA standards for a Registered Manager
- Working knowledge of supporting people who have Autism, communication difficulties and associated complex needs
- Working knowledge of managing a team
- Full UK driving licence, with access to own car, to be held for at least 1 year with business insurance on appointment
- Knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements and application of a 'rights based ethos', in line with Day Care and Domiciliary Care Agencies RQIA Minimum Standards
- NISCC registration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, as well as accurate and detailed report writing skills
