Role: Support Worker, Bridge of Earn

We have Support Worker opportunities for individuals to join our Bridge of Earn Housing Support Services.

At Autism Initiatives we provide specialist services tailored to each individual. Experience is not essential, but a genuine passion to make a difference in the lives of autistic people, as well as a positive attitude, is key to being successful in this role.

Salary details (based on 39 hours per week) £27,564.73 – £28,562.27 p.a. Pro Rata. Job Reference: SW/BOE/533.

Interviews and Attendance The closing date for completed applications is 1st October 2025. Interviews will take place throughout October 2025. We will also be attending the Perth UK Careers Fair on Thursday 18th September 10:00 – 14:00.

Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will: promote the positive health and well-being of the people you support, enabling them to have a meaningful life and encouraging them to live as independently as possible.

Regulatory You must register with the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme and the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) or equivalent regulatory body where applicable.

Eligibility Please note we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
