We have a fantastic development opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to support our Service Manager in leading and managing our established Supported Living service that is situated in Coppull, Chorley. This is a great opportunity for a Support Worker who is looking to progress within their career in Social Care.
We are looking for a Senior Support Worker who will have a can-do approach and be committed to supporting people in a positive, creative way that enables people to live a fulfilled life. You will demonstrate best practice and be a role model for the team. You will receive ongoing support to ensure your continued professional development and enthusiasm for the role.
A Level 3 competency-based Health and Social Care qualification e.g. NVQ or Diploma (RQF), is desirable, but a genuine passion for providing person centred support is key to being successful in the role of a Senior Support Worker. In return, Autism Initiatives will provide you with a full induction and ongoing learning to support you to obtain qualifications pertinent to the role. This is a truly rewarding role, with the opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge and your career.
