We have an exciting opportunity for a PA/Office Manager to join our Head Office Team located at Granton Square, Edinburgh.

Autism Initiatives works positively alongside autistic people, their families and carers to provide specialist services tailored to each individual.

As the PA/Office Manager you will provide administrative, organisation and secretarial support to the National Director and Senior Management. You will ensure smooth operation of the Head Office, including managing the reception staff team. You will also coordinate the maintenance & repairs of our Housing Services. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, strong organisation and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. You should have proficient IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

The successful candidate will be required to apply for a Level 1 Disclosure check from Disclosure Scotland. Autism Initiatives will cover the cost of the application.
