Autism Spectrum Connections Cymru (ASCC) is a specialist service providing support for autistic people in Wales and is part of the Autism Initiatives Group.

Up to 39 hours per week (part time hours also considered)

£25,907 per annum pro rata based on 39 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a OSS Office Coordinator to join our friendly team in Cardiff. You will work alongside the team at 21 High Street and will support the delivery of an exciting Welsh Government project developing the ’One Stop Shop’ model of support for accessing services provided by ASCC.

The OSS Office Coordinator will report to the OSS Project Manager, and play an important role by assisting in the coordination of the One Stop shop Project, and will be the first point of contact for autistic adults who attend 21 High Street.

At ASCC we offer the following support to autistic adults:

• Employment support
• Social and activity groups

We are seeking a highly organised individual with previous experience in providing a full range of administrative/secretarial support. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. You will work collaboratively with the OSS Project Manager on the implementation of the marketing strategy and will regularly update social media and the ASCC website.
