We are seeking a Registered Service Manager to join our team. You will work alongside people who use our services, supporting them in a range of activities including developing independence in daily living, accessing work/education and leisure activities. At Autism Initiatives we work alongside people with autism, providing specialist services tailored to each individual. Given the nature of the role, these positions are subject to an enhanced Access NI check for successful applicants. The cost of which will be met by the organisation.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Meet the RQIA requirements to be a Registered Manager in a residential service, when taking up appointment (e.g., Relevant Health or Social Care professional qualification; Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care services that includes Adult Residential Management; or other relevant Diploma/Degree/Post‑Graduate qualification in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care that includes Adult Residential Management).
- Have the qualifications and required experience (in a health and social care setting, at a senior level), with a minimum of one year supporting groups in a residential setting.
- Have working knowledge of supporting people who have ASC, communication difficulties and associated complex needs.
- Hold a full valid UK driving licence, held for at least one year, with access to own car and business insurance on appointment.
- Know statutory and legislative requirements and application of a ‘rights‑based ethos’, in line with Residential Care Agencies Minimum Standards.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- Show flexibility and resilience: the ability to meet the changing needs of service/people supported.
Interview location: All interviews will be conducted in person at our head office – Office 1 & 2, Linden House, Beechill Business Park, 96 Beechill Road, Newtownbreda, Belfast, BT8 7QN.
