About the Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Adviser to join our HR Team in Bootle. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload of HR work and projects, providing advice, guidance, and practical support across the full spectrum of HR issues to regional line managers, staff, and HR team members, in accordance with Autism Initiatives\’ policies and legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear, balanced advice on a wide range of HR issues to management teams.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Work collaboratively within a dynamic, challenging environment, demonstrating leadership by example.
- Work under pressure, plan, prioritize, and meet conflicting deadlines.
- Support ongoing professional development within a HR environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Ideally, you will hold a Level 5 CIPD qualification or be working towards it, with relevant experience in a similar HR role.
Additional Information
This position is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure, costs covered by Autism Initiatives. The closing date for applications is 12 noon on 04/09/2025, with interviews expected on 08/09/2025. We do not sponsor employment visas at this time.
