Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Service Manager who has the drive and passion to develop a service and team to achieve success. The successful candidate will demonstrate integrity, compassion, and real commitment to working with Autism Initiatives as we progress through the next stage of our Adult Supported Living Service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team to develop the overall quality of the service, including individualised approaches, outcome-focused support planning, contract management, finance, health and safety, and staffing.
- Provide regular supervisions, guidance and direction to the team.
- Deliver a highly personalised service to adults with a diagnosis of ASC and actively encourage community access for service users, enabling active participation in a variety of activities to increase independence and success as valued members of the community.
- Evidence contribution to positive outcomes for service users and fulfil key responsibilities within a Health and Social Care setting.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a Health and Social Care setting.
- Evidence of contribution to positive outcomes for service users.
- Ideal: Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification, or willingness to obtain this qualification upon appointment.
