Autism Initiatives Housing Services seeks a proactive Property Compliance Assistant to support statutory property compliance across our Adult Social Care services at Head Office, Bootle. You will help ensure our supported living properties remain safe, compliant, and well maintained.
Reporting to the Property Compliance Manager, you will assist with:
- Fire safety
- Gas and electrical testing
- Water hygiene
- Asbestos management
- Other statutory inspections
while coordinating with contractors.
