We are seeking a Registered Service Manager to join our team. You will work alongside people who use our services, supporting in a range of activities, including developing independence in daily living, accessing work/education and leisure activities. At Autism Initiatives we work alongside people with autism, providing specialist services tailored to each individual. Given the nature of the role, these positions are subject to an enhanced Access NI check for the successful applicants. The cost of which will be met by the organisation.

Essential Criteria
- Meet the RQIA requirements to be a Registered Manager when taking up appointment i.e. Health or Social Care professional qualification (considered relevant by the RQIA); or Level 5 Diploma (QCF5) in Leadership for Health and Social Care Management (Adults Management); or other equivalent Diploma/Degree/Post-Graduate qualification in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care.
- Meet the required years supporting at Senior Support level or above, as defined within the RQIA standards for a Registered Manager.
- Working knowledge of supporting people who have Autism, communication difficulties and associated complex needs.
- Working knowledge of managing a team.
- Full UK driving licence, with access to own car, to be held for at least 1 year with business insurance on appointment.
- Knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements and application of a ‘rights based ethos’, in line with Day Care and Domiciliary Care Agencies RQIA Minimum Standards.
- NISCC registration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, as well as accurate and detailed report writing skills.
