As our Production & Sales Supervisor, you’ll be the bridge between the factory floor and the marketplace.
You’ll ensure our popcorn is produced to perfection, every time, while also driving sales growth through smart customer relationships and creative promotions.
Your leadership will keep production running smoothly, your energy will inspire our team of autistic employees, and your sales drive will help our popcorn reach more snack‑lovers than ever before.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily production operations—overseeing roasting, seasoning, packaging, and quality control to meet output targets.
- Manage and motivate a small team of production staff, ensuring safety, efficiency, and a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure raw materials are always ready for production.
- Drive B2B and B2C sales by building relationships with retailers, event organisers, and corporate clients.
