Autism East Midlands is seeking an HR Advisor based in Worksop. You will provide trusted HR guidance to managers, supporting fair, consistent and values-led decisions across services. A CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) and up-to-date employment law knowledge are essential.
You’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries, shaping a positive, inclusive culture and helping embed best practice across our teams. Regular site visits and practical training will form part of the role.
