If that’s you, we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to work alongside the Service Manager, who can assist us in driving forward outcome focused person centred care at our Respite Service in Worksop.
Full time permanent contract.
Purpose of the Post:
The successful applicant will deputise for the manager during their absence in the day to day running of the adult day service. The successful applicant will be required to manage the staff team and contribute to the overall running of the service. Experience of an adult day or accommodation based service and activities for young people and adults with autism and their families and a support network is desirable. The successful applicant will be required to work days, weekends, evenings and sleep-in duties where necessary.
