This post has become available due to a recent growth in pupil numbers for September, which gives us the exciting opportunity to expand our teaching team. Responsibilities

  • As part of a supportive staff team, you will have a passion for improving the lives of autistic pupils and their families.
  • We are looking for someone who can deliver highly person-centred education, supporting young people to develop the skills, confidence and independence they need for their next steps beyond school.
  • You will have a commitment to planning and delivering engaging lessons and you will engage with a wide range of professionals, including therapists, to ensure all pupils are reaching their full potential.
  • You will hold responsibility for supporting and leading your team who will work towards person-centred planning for each individual pupil.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with supporting autistic pupils or teaching in an additional needs environment is desirable; however, full training and support will be given.
