Full Time Class Teacher – Post-16 Class Teacher
Salary: Main Pay Scale 1 – 6 + SEN Allowance (£32,916-£45,342) + SEN £2,787

The school prides itself on creating personalised learning opportunities with a vision for reaching potential for each individual pupil. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. As part of a supportive staff team, you will have a passion for improving the lives of autistic pupils and their families. We are looking for someone who can deliver highly person-centred education, supporting young people to develop the skills, confidence and independence they need for their next steps beyond school.
You will have a commitment to planning and delivering engaging lessons and you will engage with a wide range of professionals, including therapists, to ensure all pupils are reaching their full potential. You will hold responsibility for supporting and leading your team who will work towards person-centred planning for each individual pupil.
Previous experience with supporting autistic pupils or teaching in an additional needs environment is desirable; however, full training and support will be given.
