Full Time Class Teacher – Key Stage 3
Salary: Main Pay Scale 1 – 6 + SEN Allowance (£32,916-£45,342) + SEN £2,787

The school prides itself on creating personalised learning opportunities with a vision for reaching potential for each individual pupil. We offer small class groups, favourable staffing levels and excellent opportunities for training and professional development. The school has an Ofsted rating of Good.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. As part of a supportive staff team, you will have a passion for improving the lives of autistic pupils and their families. We are looking for someone who can deliver highly person-centred education, supporting young people to develop the skills, confidence and independence they need for their next steps beyond school.
You will have a commitment to planning and delivering engaging lessons and you will engage with a wide range of professionals, including therapists, to ensure all pupils are reaching their full potential. You will hold responsibility for supporting and leading your team who will work towards person-centred planning for each individual pupil.
Previous experience with supporting autistic pupils or teaching in an additional needs environment is desirable; however, full training and support will be given.
